Sign up with HealthMetrics e-pharmacy module
Sign up with the HealthMetrics e-pharmacy module to enjoy the fulfilment service of acute medicine and long-term medicine.

Download HealthMetrics App to verify and check your benefit.
Request or order for medicine refill
Using the HealthMetrics app, once members have consulted with a doctor, you will be able to request acute medicine or long-term medicine refills orders.
Upload your medicine prescription
Members can scan or take a photo of the prescription and submit it via HealthMetrics app. For those without a prescription, members can connect with our telemedicine provider via teleconsultation session.
Origin will prepare your order
Origin Pharmacy will fulfil the prescription, confirm order & shipping details before delivery.
Receive your medicines at your doorstep
All medicines are packed and sent by tracked delivery. For an acute condition, you are expected to receive your medicine within 4 hours once the pharmacy team acknowledges the prescription. For long term medicine, it will be delivered within 1-5 days.
